Psaiku is out in hardcover! The book is still being distributed to bookstores, and will for the foreseeable future. Luckily, it is available at some of the larger online bookstores. If you go to Amazon.com, you will find it listed for $14.95 for the trade paperback, $24.95 for the hardcover edition.
