Concordance and Opticon
Concordance Certified Trainer

am including a new feature for all those that need support for Concordance and
Opticon, so please bear with me as I begin to implement it.
It's a feature that allows you to connect to me to ask questions regarding
anything, I am thinking specifically as a way to help out with questions
regarding software. Thank you, and here goes!
Dataflight - the parent company that produces and supports Concordance and Opticon - has certified me to train their products! I have been training and supporting Concordance and for several years; in fact, I was in the second class of certified trainers to have ever been trained (January 2003)! I have also worked on several large projects as a consultant, where the primary program was Concordance, so you are in good hands!
