am including a new feature for all those that need support for Summation, so please bear with me as I begin to implement it.
It's a feature that allows you to connect to me to ask questions regarding
anything, I am thinking specifically as a way to help out with questions
regarding software. Thank you, and here goes!

As a Summation Certified Trainer:
Summation (the company) has certified me to train their software, since 1997. To be certified, all trainers had to go through extensive testing, to assure knowledge of the program. I have been certified to train both the older version (Summation 5.21 and earlier), and the most current version (Summation LG and iBlaze), and am soon to be certified in both WebBlaze and Summation Enterprise!
I have trained law firms in three major metropolitan areas - Mpls./St. Paul, Denver and Seattle/Spokane for the last 10 years, and have expanded into the New England and California markets. I first used Summation as an end user, going all the way back to 1995. I have extensive knowledge on not only how the program works, but how it works within the context of law firms' needs. Thus, I can not only help with your training needs, but can help you with any of the technical difficulties that arise as you work with the program.
As a Summation Reseller:
Summation has also entrusted me to help educate and sell potential users their product. I am available to conduct a demonstration of the software - to help through the decision-making process, in any way possible.
