1) Volume I - Crystallized Remnants of Heaven's Recollections
This is my first collection of poetry; my freshman effort. It mostly reflects the process of life before I came out as a gay man, and the struggles with everyday life. Its uniqueness also includes the same collection of poems, with fonts that reflect the individuality of the poem. Samples are as follows:
B) Cooking
1) This Is Delicious - What Is It?
This cookbook is the best of all the foods I have created over the 15 years I have been cooking - professionally or otherwise. From caterer, to TV cooking host, to teacher, to restaurant reviewer, I have had chance to develop and recreate foods from many cultures. Inspired by the movie Babette's Feast, I prepare meals from diverse ethnic groups, and bring them together into a cohesive meal. As I have learned, breaking bread together has a way of transcending cultural and social barriers, and this is my way of attempting to make that happen. Included are over 300 recipes, some favorites of fairly common dishes, most of which are exotic to a majority of palates.

1) Dummies-style guide to legal software
I am a certified trainer in several legal software packages. Currently, there are no simplified guides to any of the most popular software in this industry, although there is a network of legal trainers around the country. In the spirit of the Dummies and Idiots guides, there is a tremendous opportunity to reach legal professionals in all the English-speaking countries with a quality and simple book - and being in the profession myself, a real need!

1) The Chi Chi LaRue Story
I have spent about three years interviewing people in the GLBT community, for various reasons - most specifically, to write articles for public consumption. One of the most intriguing persons I have had chance to meet is Chi Chi LaRue, perhaps the most visible and prolific producer of gay male porn in the country, if not the world. Her story is compelling, enough so that she has written a semi-autobiographical book concerning the gay porn industry and her involvement in it. The real story, that of a frumpy, overweight gay male, growing up in the great white north - is one that begs to be told. In a time when being different, being gay was scorned and ridiculed, Chi Chi reinvented herself. Everyone loves a rag-to-riches tale, and for the gay male population, she's hit both ends of the rainbow. She is the subject of one of my last stanza poems, which you can read elsewhere on this site.
