Central New Jersey Shore areaWhile I am sure this geographic area contains much more than I ever became familiar with, I hope to get you at least kick-started into learning more about the area. The three cities I spent the most time in are Eatontown, because it is right next to Ft. Monmouth; East Long Branch, because it's right on the shore, and Red Bank, because there were things to do there the other two didn't have to offer. Along the shore itself are some really fun places as well. There's Asbury Park, as well as Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights to the South (never went to Atlantic City, funny enough). And then there's Sandy Hook, to the north, the one place we could go and not have to pay to be on the beach! |
